Modify my order

1° MODIFY MY DELIVERY ADDRESS / PERSONAL DATA
I contact customer service to request the modification of my address / telephone number / email address, as soon as possible after placing my order.
Depending on the delivery method I have chosen, customer service will be able to take into account the changes to be made immediately or by transmitting to the carrier.
If it is not possible to modify the delivery address, you will then have to cancel or request the return of the order.
2° MODIFY MY BILLING ADDRESS
It is impossible to modify it once the invoice is published.
3° MODIFY AN ITEM IN MY ORDER
It is impossible to add an item to an order.
If I want to delete one I contact customer service, so that an advisor can make the changes.
ATTENTION ! Order changes are only possible within a limited period of time after I have placed my order.
4° MODIFY THE DELIVERY METHOD
I contact the customer service as soon as possible after placing my order, to ask if this modification is still possible.
If it is not possible to make this change, you will then have to cancel or request the return of the order, in order to be able to place it again.
