Which rower for my needs?

Rowing machines are perfect fitness equipment for training at home: they allow you to work on endurance and strength at the same time. A rower can be equipped with a magnetic, turbine or water resistance braking system.

THE magnetic braking system is the most affordable option, still allowing fluid movement. Depending on the device, the resistance can be adjusted manually (via a rotary knob) or in watts. In this case it is an ergometer.

Turbine braking generates air resistance which can be increased by the traction of the oar. This system makes training even more realistic and the sequence of movements more harmonious.
