POOL DUMBBELLS

Aquatic dumbbells allow you to accentuate muscle strengthening , they are used in the water during an aquagym or aqua fitness session. By increasing the resistance in the water, the work will be more intense, on the muscular level but also on the cardio level. The more your upper body is immersed in the water, the more intense the resistance work will be. There are 2 types of dumbbells:

Lightweight and versatile, these aquatic foam dumbbells help tone all of your upper body muscles.

↪ The pullpush flower dumbbell
With its large plastic support surface, you can increase the level of resistance and thus intensify muscle work.
Available in 2 sizes (corresponding to the support surface): S and L.

weighted bracelets
If you want to increase muscle strengthening during your movements, weighted bracelets are an excellent solution. To be placed on the ankles or wrists depending on the exercise, they allow you to increase the difficulty by intensifying the physical effort.
